How do I fix incorrect information after it has been uploaded?

Please submit a TEA Help Desk ticket. In your ticket, please include the incorrect information that was uploaded, as well as the correct information that the pre-enrollment should include. If needed, a TEA fingerprinting specialist may follow-up to request additional information. The upload will not be corrected simply by uploading the individual a second time with the correct information.
