eGrants - Unable to Open an Application or Report from the Grantee Profile Page

Question:   I have the correct access and role in eGrants but I cannot: 

  • Open applications or reports in eGrants

          or

  • When I try to certify and submit the application or report, I receive this message:  “You must be the authorized official to certify and submit this document”.  The system worked fine last year.

 

Solution: The problem is with the web browser used to log into eGrants. eGrants works best with Internet Explorer Version 8.0 or higher. Look for the IE Icon at the top left corner of the browser screen.
