What happens to my TExES scores previously taken under the PACT approval route?

Exams previously taken under the PACT approval will remain in your educator account. Once you have been formally admitted into an Approved Educator Preparation Program and you have passed any additional exams, you will be able to use the exam for issuance of your certificate.

Keep in mind that the exam will only remain valid if it is still considered the most recent exam used for issuance of a certificate. You can reference the Required Texas Certification Tests (including deadlines to apply for certification) chart to ensure your exam is not set to retire and that it remains valid.
